FINDING YOUR BRACELET SIZE:

For best-fit measure your wrist size by wrapping a measuring tape or a piece of string around your wrist and measure against a ruler. Add 1/4 to 1/2 inch depending on if you want it snug or loose you prefer.

The best way to put on your bracelet is to roll it on instead of stretching it over your hand.

You should remove your bracelet before physical activities such as swimming, working out, or other strenuous exercises.

Take care when using soaps, shampoos, sunscreen, and lotions as they can damage the elastic or silk cord.

Remove jewelry before doing any housework as household cleaners are corrosive and may damage your gems.
