Shipping Policy

At Stacks in Stone, we pride ourselves on processing your orders quickly as possible. We hand make most items, therefore, please allow 3 - 7 business days for them to be shipped. If there is a delay in processing and/ or shipping, the customer will be directly notified.

We are shipping orders as usual, however, due to current global situations, please expect that packages may arrive after the estimated delivery time frame during this time. As postal services are dealing with increased volumes and implementing safety distancing measures, please check your local postal outlet or their website for more details.

Stacks in Stone offers local pickup in the Calgary Area. Please select “Local Pickup”

at checkout. We will send you a notification when your order is ready for pick up and we will make arrangements.

All domestic shipping is fulfilled through Canada Post on our end. The rates are weight-based and will be estimated for you at check out.

Free Shipping within Canada: With the free shipping option, packages will do regular mail so there will be no insurance and no tracking information available and no set window of delivery time.

Canada Post Expedited and Xpresspost Parcel: Includes tracking number and $100 insurance. It will arrive within 1-7 business days of the shipping date depending on the option chosen by the customer. A tracking number will be provided via email once the item is shipped.

USA

USPS Small Packet US Air: This option doesn’t include a tracking number. These packages can take time passing through customs, especially ones that contain jewelry. This process is out of our control and, as a result, arrival times may vary.

USPS Expedited/ Tracked / Xpresspost Parcel: This includes tracking number and generally arrives with 1-7 business days from shipping depending on the option chosen by the customer. A tracking number will be provided via email once the item has been shipped. These packages can take time passing through customs, especially ones that contain jewelry. This process is out of our control and, as a result, arrival times may vary.

International Shipping outside of the USA

All international shipping is fulfilled through Canada Post on our end and then transferred over to your country's federal postal service. The rates are weight-based and will be estimated for you at check out for all our international customers outside of Canada and the USA. These packages can take time passing through customs, especially ones that contain jewelry. This process is out of our control and, as a result, arrival times may vary.

Stacks in Stone are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Stacks in Stone are not responsible for any customs fees involved with the delivery of packages for international orders.
