Returns and Exchanges

At Stacks in Stone, we want you to love your jewelry, so if it isn’t right for you or defective, we are happy to exchange or refund your purchase on any unused items within 7 days of purchase. Just give us the heads up at support@stacksinstone.com with your information and we will send you the address to mail returned exchanges items.

We will exchange unworn items at their retail value for another item of equal value within 30 days of purchase. Retail value can be put toward higher-priced items with the buyer paying the difference. Retail value can also be put toward lower-cost items and we will refund the difference.

Once a return has been received your payment will be refunded via your original payment method within 3 business days of the item being received by us.

We are happy to issue a full refund on all purchases, but any shipping fees aren’t refundable. This applies to any shipping costs applied on your original order, as well as the return shipping for refunds.

Stacks in Stone are not responsible for items lost in transit when returning items.
